Foundational Certificate
The ITOL Staff Development programme is, a foundational qualification for individuals, who are planning to develop their personal one-to-one coaching skills, small group training skills and presentation skills.
It has been developed to cover the fundamental principals of learning, training and coaching others in the workplace.
This qualification is recognised within the training sector and is suitable for new or experienced individuals who are committed to developing their personal one-to-one skills and achieving a professional qualification.
Duration
The qualification can be achieved within a period of three months. The Pathway team have developed a blended learning approach, using group and self learn activities, which will provide high quality outcomes within realistic timeframes.
