As an ITOL accredited centre, Pathway Associates are able to offer a range of courses to suit Trainers who are beginning their careers within training and learning and those who are more experienced.

Pathway Associates offer two nationally recognised ITOL programmes:

• The Foundation Certificate in Staff Development
• The Certificate in Training and Development

Launching in May 2012: A series of Training Modules designed to support the Continual Professional Development of those involved in Training and Learning. The Modules will be delivered via the Learning Hub and evidence of learning will be demonstrated by application in the work place.
